At Beyond League Inc., we understand that sometimes plans change. We aim to provide a fair and transparent refund policy for all participants in our clinics, workshops, and events.

1. Cancellations by You
If you are unable to attend an event or program you’ve registered for, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing [insert contact email].
Refund eligibility:

7+ days notice before the event: Full refund or option to transfer your registration to another available event.

Less than 7 days notice: 50% refund, or full credit toward a future Beyond League event.

Less than 48 hours notice or no-show: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund due to staffing, planning, and venue costs.

We will always try to be flexible in special circumstances – please reach out if you need support.

2. Cancellations by Us
In the unlikely event that Beyond League needs to cancel or reschedule an event (e.g. due to weather, illness, or low numbers), we will notify you as soon as possible.
You will be offered:

A full refund, or
-
The option to transfer to a new date or future program

3. Injuries and Medical Withdrawals
If a participant is unable to attend due to illness or injury, a full refund or credit may be provided upon request with a valid medical certificate.

4. How Refunds Are Issued
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. If you paid via a third-party platform, refund times may vary depending on their policies.
