Our Programs
Empowering girls through sport, mentorship, and mental wellbeing
Our programs are designed to support young women experiencing social, emotional and mental health challenges through structured sport, mentorship and early intervention.
We prioritise access for girls from under-resourced communities or those experiencing barriers to participation.
Participants may be referred through schools, community organisations or family networks, helping ensure our programs reach those who would benefit most.
Program 1: Beyond the Game
Our 8-week program supports young women experiencing low confidence, social disconnection or emotional challenges.
Participants develop confidence, build healthy friendships, and learn practical strategies for managing stress and emotions in a safe, supportive environment.
Program 2: Believe & Achieve – Mentorship Workshops
These workshops provide mentorship for young girls who may lack access to positive role models or support networks.
Participants build confidence, resilience and connection through guided discussions and interactive activities.
Program 3: Girls in League – Empowerment Through Sport
This program creates a safe and inclusive space for girls who may feel excluded or lack confidence.
Participants build physical confidence, develop self-worth and experience a sense of belonging through sport and mentorship.
Program 4: School-Based Clinics & Wellbeing Education
Delivered in schools, these programs provide early intervention support for students experiencing emotional or social challenges.
Sessions combine physical activity with wellbeing education, helping students build resilience, confidence and communication skills.
