Our Programs
Empowering girls through sport, mentorship, and mental wellbeing
At Beyond League, every program we deliver is designed to build skills, confidence, and connections that extend far beyond the game. While rooted in rugby league, our approach is deeply grounded in mental health, mentorship, and leadership, with each initiative aligning to one or more of our four key pillars: giving back to the game, championing mental health and wellbeing, creating access for all, and showcasing strong female role models. Through these pillars, we create opportunities that not only nurture young athletes but also empower them to grow as individuals and future leaders within their communities.

Program 1: Beyond the Game – 8-Week Empowerment & Rugby League Clinic
Our flagship program blends rugby league skills training with mental health and resilience workshops in an eight-week format. Led by elite athletes and mentors, participants develop confidence on the field while building self-worth, healthy friendships, and leadership skills off the field.
Program 2: Believe & Achieve – Mentorship Workshops
These in-school and community-based workshops connect young people with inspiring NRLW mentors. Through storytelling, interactive sessions, and group activities, participants explore resilience, leadership, confidence, and the value of building strong support networks.
Program 3: Girls in League – Empowerment Through Sport
Designed specifically for girls aged 8–16, this program creates a safe, inclusive space for young women to grow through sport and mentorship. One-day or multi-day events combine football clinics with empowerment activities, body confidence workshops, and talks from strong female role models.
Program 4: School-Based Clinics & Wellbeing Education
DesigneOur school programs ensure all students have access to the benefits of sport and wellbeing education. Fun rugby league sessions are paired with age-appropriate resilience, leadership, and communication activities, making each day both active and empowering.
