Who We Support
We work with young women who may be experiencing anxiety, low confidence, social isolation, bullying, or limited access to positive support networks.
Our Approach
Access & Inclusion
Our programs combine structured sport, mentorship and wellbeing support to provide safe environments where young women feel supported and heard.
Where demand exceeds capacity, priority is given to participants identified as experiencing higher levels of need or disadvantage.
We are committed to ensuring access for young women who may otherwise go without support, including through free and low-cost programs and partnerships with schools and community organisations.
